Welcome to County Clare
Rich in culture, history, music & folklore as well as breath taking scenery and lifestyle benefits for all the family. Lying on the western edge of Ireland the rugged Atlantic coastline of Clare and the famous Burren region provide a natural beauty unrivalled thoughout Europe.

Clare’s principal town is Ennis, a busy market centre on the River Fergus. Its narrow streets are dotted with a host of unusual shops ranging from sophisticated fashion boutiques to traditional family owned premises. There is a wide selection of bars and restaurants as well a large cinema complex, bowling alley and theatre providing year round entertainment and events. Many clubs and leisure facilities within the town provide access for GAA, Camogie, Soccer, Rugby, Equestrian Sports, Tennis, Badminton, Swimming, Basketball and more. Sea and fresh water angling are very popular around Clare and for watersports enthusiasts, Lahinch, Kilkee & Kilrush, all easily accessible from Ennis, provide opportunities for surfing, sailing and diving to name a few. An outstanding choice of Golf Clubs are to be found, including Ennis and Woodstock Golf Clubs both only 1.5km from Roslevan, and the natural links Championship course at Lahinch.

Cluain Ros Leamhain, Roslevan, is located just 10 minutes walk from the town centre on the east side of Ennis within 0.5km to the Ennis by-pass. Roslevan is increasingly becoming a very cosmopolitan area. Roslevan Shopping Centre accommodates ‘Gala’ Superstore, ‘Fine Wines’, ‘Boylesports’, a local butchers, gym, beauty salon, bar, restaurants. Major plans for development next to the shopping centre will include a hotel and retail park. Primary and secondary schools are both located within a few minutes walk. Ennis enjoys good train and bus links throughout Ireland and a network of major roads to Galway, Limerick & Shannon International Airport. Cluain Ros Leamhain is situated 15 minutes drive from Shannon Airport and 20 minutes from Limerick City.

Cluain Ros Leamhain is accessed via a long private mature tree lined road. Bounding the site is the original Roslevan House ruin, which KECO are intending to carefully convert to further enhance the character and ambience of this idyllic setting.
