Cluain Ros Leamhain, Roslevan, is located just 10 minutes walk from the town centre on the east side of Ennis within 0.5km to the Ennis by-pass. Roslevan is increasingly becoming a very cosmopolitan area. Roslevan Shopping Centre accommodates ‘Gala’ Superstore, ‘Fine Wines’, ‘Boylesports’, a local butchers, gym, beauty salon, bar, restaurants. Major plans for development next to the shopping centre will include a hotel and retail park. Primary and secondary schools are both located within a few minutes walk. Ennis enjoys good train and bus links throughout Ireland and a network of major roads to Galway, Limerick & Shannon International Airport. Cluain Ros Leamhain is accessed via a long private mature tree lined road. Bounding the site is the original Roslevan House ruin, which KECO are intending to carefully convert to further enhance the character and ambience of this idyllic setting.
