This programme expresses gratitude to all those who send KECO referrals and to encourage and reward them.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Referral Bonus is issued to you once the sale of your friends property has closed.
• Welcome Pack is issued to your friend once the sale of their property has closed.
• An Estate Agent may not be the referring party. Only new referrals are accepted. Any existing clients of KECO who are linked to the development are not included in the referral programme.
• The above referral forms must be completed in order to be part of this offer.
• Only one referral will be paid per client (If someone has been referred by more than one person, the first person to complete the form will receive the bonus)
• Affordable Housing is not included in this referral programme.
